May 23 - Are you interested in volunteering, but would like more information? Join us for our Volunteer Open House on May 23, 2017 from 5-6:30pm. Meet PlayHouse staff and volunteers, learn about volunteer opportunities and the benefits of volunteering, and play in the PlayHouse!
June 11 - Barnyard Birthday Bash. Celebrate the PlayHouse's second birthday with a FREE day at the PlayHouse featuring a bluegrass band, a tractor, farm animals, and more!
September 24 - What does your child want to be when they grow up? Travel through the PlayHouse chatting with a variety of professionals, introducing your children to all types of careers. Be Anything! also features a unique online auction that opens on Saturday, September 9th, allowing parents to bid on individual career-related experiences for their child.
May 3: Moms
Our moms do so much! They play with us and read us stories, put bandages on our boo-boo’s, tuck us in at night, and give the best hugs. What would we do without them? What is the best thing about your mom?
Tot Time is designed for 1-3 year olds and their adults, and includes stories, songs, and musical instruments, a gallery exploration, an art project, and more!
Cost: $1 per child with museum admission.

Using conductive thread and basic circuitry, make your own light-up stuffed creature.

Relax! It’s Just Rocket Science
Adults, it’s your turn to play and create! Work with a team to design and build an amazing rocket and compete to see which one can fly the furthest!
The winner receives serious bragging rights AND the awesome Adult Maker Night Trophy!
Register as an individual, or sign up as a team of up to 6 people!
Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for non-members, or $80 for a team of 3-6 people, and includes snacks, wine, and beer.
